I was a little leary at first about getting my payout. After winning and trying to redeem they requested other documents so of course I thought the worse. Patience is a virtue. I did receive my winnings. I do like the selection of games and the promotions are usually really good. I keep playing here because overall the site has a good layout. Don't always judge your opinions on what you read. Try playing the casino first because I don't think you'll be disappointed!

Waiting on redemption payout since 9/14 it’s well over two months now. It’s buried in the TOS that it could take up to 90 days. I contact support on a weekly basis asking for updates, they say “we are passsing this along to our redemption team.” Then do absolutely nothing about it.
