I love the games they are so fun however I’m still waiting on my big win. I haven’t redeemed anything yet however I have played many times. Customer service is very friendly and helpful so far so good.

I ran into some serious hassle trying to cash out from one casino I signed up to, all because of this flashy welcome bonus they dangled in front of me. Thought I could sort it out on my own, but after banging my head against it for like 4 days straight, I caved and hit up their support team. They weren't lightning-fast, but eventually, they came through and got my hard-earned cash sorted. Lesson learned: do your homework before jumping in. Don't be like me, falling for the shiny welcome bait without reading the fine print.
